Why dreamz?

I've been recording as much as I can remember of my dreams for the past few years and it occurred to me that no one is ever likely to read through the whole batch at once, but some might find them interesting, or bizarre enough to read one or a few at a time. So, here they are.

Floyd's Canoe & Kent's Desk

February 21, 2011

Uncle Floyd was showing me the inside of a wooden canoe where someone had made what looked like pencil marks from the gunwales down at random spacing about every 4 inches.  He was unhappy about the marks and said he was going to varnish over them.  I told him that varnish wouldn’t cover them, but would just make them glossy.  If he wanted them gone he’d need to get a big eraser and erase them.

Kent Woodburn (from ILAW) was talking w/ another worker and they disagreed about something.  Kent had an apple on his desk.  The other guy knocked it onto the floor w/ the back of his hand and then kicked it across the room.  Kent watched him, stunned, but the other guy wasn’t done yet.  He picked up a box of papers on the desk and walked a few steps over to a swimming pool and dumped them in.
